本发明提供一种分体式吸能盒,包括吸能盒本体、泡沫铝块;吸能盒本体包括左右对称的外壳和左右对称的内壳,外壳和内壳左右对称焊接,外壳和内壳的壳壁之间形成有空腔,泡沫铝块间隔式或者全部填充设置在空腔内,泡沫铝块与外壳和内壳的壳壁熔接。吸能盒本体的空腔中填充的泡沫铝块的发泡率从前往后依次递增,靠近防撞横梁的那一端的泡沫铝块的发泡率小于远离防撞横梁的那一端的泡沫铝块的发泡率。在碰撞过程中连接防撞横梁部分的吸能盒前端的泡沫铝块的孔隙大从而溃缩较快,后端的泡沫铝块的孔隙小从而溃缩较慢,整个吸能盒的溃缩呈阶梯式溃缩,吸能能力与稳定性都大幅度提升。
