The invention discloses a planing energy-absorbing climb-up prevention device and a railway vehicle. The planing energy-absorbing climb-up prevention device comprises climb-up prevention teeth, a planing pipe, a base and a guiding piece, wherein one end of the planing pipe is rotatably connected with the climb-up prevention teeth; a guiding groove is formed in the planing pipe and is spirally formed in the planing pipe in the axis direction of the planing pipe; the base is connected with the other end of the planing pipe in a sliding manner; a planing cutter is arranged on the base and contacts with the planing pipe, and the planing pipe is cut when impact force reaches a predetermined value; and the guiding piece is clamped in the guiding groove and can be slid along the guiding groove when the impact force reaches the predetermined value. By adopting the planing energy-absorbing climb-up prevention device, the technical problem that a planing energy-absorbing climb-up prevention device in the prior art cannot effectively meet higher requirements on energy absorption capacity of the train is solved.

    本发明公开了一种刨削吸能防爬装置及轨道车辆,包括:防爬齿;刨削管,所述刨削管的一端与所述防爬齿转动连接;所述刨削管上设置有导向槽,所述导向槽沿所述刨削管的轴线方向螺旋设置于所述刨削管上;底座,所述底座与所述刨削管的另一端滑动连接,且所述底座上设置有,刨削刀,所述刨削刀与所述刨削管相接触,在撞击力达到预设值时切削所述刨削管;导向件,所述导向件卡于所述导向槽内,在撞击力达到预设值时,所述导向件能够沿着所述导向槽进行滑动。解决了现有技术中刨削吸能防爬器无法合理有效的满足列车对吸能量较高要求的技术问题。
