The invention discloses a double-wheel differential driving device with high road holding force and capable of sensitively correcting deviation. The problems that an existing AGV is prone to slippingand snakelike advancing is prone to happening in the walking process are solved. A walking frame of the double-wheel differential driving device is divided into two independent parts, namely a rotarysupporting and swinging block part and a swinging shaft and driving motor mounting frame part, one part is a seesaw, and the other part is a supporting point of the seesaw, so that a left walking wheel and a right walking wheel which are mounted at the two ends of the seesaw can automatically adjust through left-right swing when a road surface is uneven, so that the road holding force of a vehiclebody is enhanced; and a rotation angle encoder acquisition gear is engaged with a horizontal large gear at the part of of the supporting point of the seesaw, and a rotation angle of the walking frameis greatly amplified and then transmitted to an electric controller through the cooperation of the gears with the large transformation ratio, so that the electric controller can sensitively correct the deviation of the walking direction, and the snakelike advancing phenomenon of the vehicle body is overcome.
本发明公开了一种抓地力强并可灵敏纠偏的双轮差速驱动装置,解决了现有的AGV行走中容易出现打滑和容易发生蛇形前进的问题。将双轮差速驱动装置的行走车架分解为两个各自独立的部分,即回转支撑及摆动块部分与摆动轴及驱动电机安装框架部分,一部分为翘翘板,另一部分为翘翘板的支撑点,使在翘翘板两端安装的左、右行走轮,在遭遇路面不平时,可自动左右摆动调整,增强了车体的抓地力;在翘翘板的支撑点部分,在水平大齿轮上啮合有旋转角度编码器采集齿轮,通过该大变比的齿轮配合,将行走架的旋转角度,被大幅度地放大后,传递给电控器,从而实现了电控器灵敏地对行走方向的纠偏,克服了车体蛇形前进的现象。
