The invention provides an automatic deviation rectifying robot chassis device for side walking, which comprises a power motor and a transmission device, a power output shaft of the power motor is provided with a first bevel gear device, and the first bevel gear device is meshed with a second bevel gear device; a first transmission shaft and a second transmission shaft are connected to the two sides of the second bevel gear device correspondingly, driving wheels are connected to the ends of the first transmission shaft and the second transmission shaft correspondingly, and walking gears are arranged on the driving wheels in an extending mode; a power output shaft drives a first bevel gear device to rotate, then a second bevel gear device is driven to rotate, driving wheels and walking gears on a first transmission shaft and a second transmission shaft rotate synchronously, and the track type inspection robot walks and moves on a track; compared with a traditional rail type inspection robot in the mode that a single walking wheel is driven, the device is stable in power supply, the left walking gear and the right walking gear rotate synchronously, and power output is stable.

    本发明提供了一种靠边行走自动纠偏的机器人底盘装置,包括动力电机以及传动装置,动力电机的动力输出轴上设置有第一斜齿轮装置,第一斜齿轮装置与第二斜齿轮装置啮合,第二斜齿轮装置的两侧分别连接有第一传动轴以及第二传动轴,第一传动轴以及第二传动轴的端部均连接有主动轮,主动轮延伸设置有行走齿轮;通过动力输出轴带动第一斜齿轮装置旋转,进而带动第二斜齿轮装置旋转,第一传动轴以及第二传动轴旋转上的主动轮以及行走齿轮同步转动,实现轨道式巡检机器人在轨道上进行行走移动,相对于传统的轨道式巡检机器人通过驱动单一行动轮的方式,本装置稳定动力供应,左右的行走齿轮同步转动,且动力输出稳定。
