The invention relates to a suspension hydro-pneumatic spring system, and belongs to the technical field of automobile design and manufacturing. The suspension hydro-pneumatic spring system comprises adriving cylinder, a flexible pipeline and an air cylinder. The air cylinder comprises a cylinder body, an air cylinder base, a damping bottom valve, a driven piston and an upper cover. A working cylinder extending from the upper end of the cylinder body to the lower end of the cylinder body is arranged in the cylinder body, and an annular inner cavity is formed between the side wall of the working cylinder and the side wall of the cylinder body. as the air cylinder of the suspension hydro-pneumatic spring system is of a double-layer structure, and the base and the cylinder body are machined and arranged respectively, the machining difficulty is lowered, and the reliability and openness of the system are improved; as hydraulic oil is filled between the double-layer structure, the heat dissipation capacity of a hydro-pneumatic spring is remarkably improved, reliable sealing performance and damping performance are provided; and therefore, the smoothness and high reliability of the suspension system are ensured, and the service life of the suspension hydro-pneumatic spring is prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种悬架油气弹簧系统,属于汽车设计与制造的技术领域。本发明的悬架油气弹簧系统包括主动缸、柔性管路和气缸;所述气缸包括缸体、气缸底座、阻尼底阀、从动活塞和上盖;缸体内部具有自所述缸体上端向下端延伸的工作缸,工作缸的侧壁与缸体的侧壁之间形成有环形内部空腔。本发明的悬架油气弹簧系统气缸采用双层结构,且底座与所述缸体分别加工设置,降低了加工难度,提高了系统的可靠性和开放性,双层结构间充有液压油显著提高了油气弹簧散热能力,提供了可靠的密封性和阻尼性能,进而保证了悬架系统的平顺性和高可靠性,延长了悬架油气弹簧的使用寿命。
