The invention relates to the field of submersible laying and recycling. The invention relates to a submersible laying and recovering device and method. The device comprises an overhead horizontal rail, a vertical outboard fixed sliding rail and an umbilical cable winch, wherein a movable sliding rail assembly is installed on the overhead horizontal rail in a sliding mode; one end of the umbilicalcable is arranged on the umbilical cable winch, the other end of the umbilical cable bypasses the cable guide pulley, penetrates through the vertical traveling block and then is connected with the submersible; the vertical traveling block is installed on the movable sliding rail in a sliding mode; the two ends of the traveling block lifting steel cable are connected with the lifting winch and thevertical traveling block respectively; and the vertical traveling block can be connected with the submersible through a first connecting device. The mode that the movable sliding rail is combined withthe outboard fixed sliding rail is adopted, the vertical traveling block serves as a carrier for laying and recovering of the submersible, the vertical traveling block and the submersible serve as awhole and move along with the mother ship under the action of environment loads, and the risk that collision is likely to happen when the submersible is flexibly hoisted through an umbilical cable andpasses through a splashing area is avoided.

    本发明涉及潜水器布放与回收领域,具体是一种潜水器布放与回收装置及方法,其包括顶置水平轨道、竖向的舷外固定滑轨和脐带缆绞车,顶置水平轨道上滑动安装移动滑轨组件,脐带缆绞车上设置脐带缆的一端,脐带缆的另一端绕过导缆滑轮并穿过垂向游车后与潜水器连接,移动滑轨上滑动安装垂向游车,游车提升钢缆的两端分别与提升绞车和垂向游车连接,垂向游车与潜水器能够通过第一连接装置连接。本发明采用移动滑轨与舷外固定滑轨结合的方式,以垂向游车作为潜水器布放回收的载体,垂向游车和潜水器作为一个整体,随母船在环境载荷作用下运动,避免了采用脐带缆柔性吊放潜水器通过飞溅区可能发生碰撞的风险。
