The invention relates to a stepping type pipeline robot. The stepping type pipeline robot comprises a rear support, a front support, a plurality of rear rolling wheel parts, a plurality of front rolling wheel parts, a plurality of ejector rod supporting parts and a detection end mounting part; a driving cylinder is fixedly installed on the rear support, the number of the rear rolling wheel parts,the number of front rolling wheel parts and the number of the ejector rod supporting parts are all multiple, and the rolling wheel parts comprise corresponding bidirectional power cylinders and rolling wheels; each ejector rod supporting part comprises a bidirectional ejector rod power cylinder and an ejector rod, the rolling wheels can compress or loosen the inner wall face of a pipeline to be detected under the action of the bidirectional ejector rod power cylinders, and the ejector rods can compress or loosen the inner wall face of the pipeline to be detected under the action of the bidirectional ejector rod power cylinders; and the detection end mounting part is installed at the front end of the front support, and is used for mounting a detection end. According to the stepping type pipeline robot, circumferential inspection and maintenance can be carried out at the radial fixed point position of the pipeline, and meanwhile the robot travelling in the axial direction of the pipelinecan inspect and maintain the long-distance pipeline in the length direction.

    本发明涉及一种步进式管道机器人,包括后支架、前支架、后滚轮部、前滚轮部、顶杆支撑部以及检测端头安装部,后支架上固定安装有驱动缸,后滚轮部、前滚轮部和顶杆支撑部均具有多个,滚轮部包括对应的双向动力缸以及滚轮,顶杆支撑部包括双向顶杆动力缸和顶杆,滚轮在双向动力缸的作用下可以压紧待测管道的内壁面,也可以放松,顶杆在双向顶杆动力缸的作用下可以压紧待测管道的内壁面,也可以放松,检测端头安装部安装在前支架的前端,用于安装检测端头。本发明可以实现在管道径向的定点位置进行周向检查与维护,同时沿管道轴向行走的机器人可以实现对长距离管道的长度方向上的检查与维护。
