The invention belongs to the field of mechanical automation engineering, and particularly relates to a wall surface omnibearing moving mechanism which comprises two left-handed rotation driving devices, two right-handed rotation driving devices and a vehicle body adsorption device, and the two left-handed rotation driving devices and the two right-handed rotation driving devices are diagonally mounted on the vehicle body adsorption device; the left-handed rotation driving devices and the right-handed rotation driving devices are similar in structure, and a driving motor drives Mecanum wheels to rotate through bevel gear transmission to achieve movement of a whole device; and the left-handed rotation driving devices and the right-handed rotation driving devices are matched with the vehiclebody adsorption device to achieve all-directional movement of the mechanism on a steel wall surface, and through steering matching of the left-handed rotation driving devices and the right-handed rotation driving devices, all-directional movement such as forward and backward movement, leftward movement and rightward movement, oblique movement, turning movement and the like on the wall surface canbe achieved. The mechanism is light in structure, integrated, high in wall surface environment adaptability, easy to install and accurate in control.

    本发明属于机械自动化工程领域,具体地说是一种壁面全方位移动机构,包括左旋驱动装置、右旋驱动装置及车体吸附装置,左旋驱动装置和右旋驱动装置各有两个,对角线安装于车体吸附装置上;左旋驱动装置和右旋驱动装置结构类似,都是由驱动电机通过锥齿轮传动驱动麦克纳姆轮旋转实现整个装置的运动;左旋驱动装置和右旋驱动装置配合车体吸附装置可以实现机构在钢铁壁面的全方位移动,通过左旋驱动装置和右旋驱动装置的转向配合可以实现在壁面的前进后退、左移右移、斜向移动、转弯运动等全方位移动。本发明具有结构轻量化、一体化、壁面环境适应性强,易于安装、操控精准的特点。
