The invention discloses a jacking device for on-line wheel set flaw detection of a motor train unit. The jacking device for on-line wheel set flaw detection of the motor train unit comprises a test rail and a wheel set arranged on the test rail in a rolling manner. A jacking structure is embedded in the ground below the wheel set, the jacking structure makes movable contact with a connecting shaftof the wheel set, and the jacking structure comprises a shear type lifting frame and a shaft limiting clamping plate fixed at the top of the shear type lifting frame. A U-shaped opening is formed inthe shaft limiting clamping plate, arc-shaped plates are rotationally installed on the two inner end faces of the U-shaped opening, and the arc-shaped plates make movable contact with the outer side of the connecting shaft. Supporting roller devices are symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the wheel set, each supporting roller device comprises a supporting table, and a driving gear and adriven gear which are meshed with each other are rotationally installed in each supporting table. The jacking structure can stretch out of or retract into the ground according to the detection process, so that the wheel set can enter the jacking structure from the front or roll out of the jacking structure from the rear during rolling, and the detection continuity is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种动车组在线轮对探伤的顶升装置,包括测试轨和滚动放置在测试轨上的轮对,轮对下方的地面内嵌有顶起结构,顶起结构与轮对的连接轴活动接触,顶起结构包括剪式升降架和固定在剪式升降架顶部的轴限位卡板,轴限位卡板上开设有U型开口,U型开口的两个内端面上转动安装弧形板,弧形板活动接触在连接轴的外侧;轮对的两侧对称分布有支撑辊装置,支撑辊装置包括支撑台,支撑台内转动安装有相互啮合的主动齿轮和从动齿轮。顶起结构可以根据检测的流程伸出或者收缩到地面内,从而可以使得轮对在滚动时可以保持从前方进入顶起结构,从后方滚出顶起结构,保证检测的连续性。
