The invention discloses a locomotive wheel flaw detection device which comprises a main vehicle body and a flaw detection operation platform, the main vehicle body comprises a spraying device and a controller, and the spraying device is used for carrying out coupled water spraying on treads of wheels; the flaw detection work platform is installed on the main vehicle body and can slide in the height and width directions of the main vehicle body, the flaw detection work platform comprises a probe group, a rotating device, a cylinder body and a telescopic rod in driving connection with the cylinder body, the telescopic rod is used for jacking up wheels, the rotating device is used for driving the wheels to rotate, and the probe group comprises a detection surface; the detection face is used for being attached to the tread of the wheel, and the cylinder body, the probe set, the rotating device and the spraying device are all in communication connection with the controller.
