This invention belongs to the field of train flaw detection technology, in particular to assembly tooling and method of flaw detection wheel of train tracks. The assembly tooling of flaw detection wheel of train tracks is used for assembling the flaw detection wheel in an installation groove. The flaw detection wheel is matched and hung in the guide groove and assembled into the installation groove. The invention also discloses an assembly method of the train track flaw detection wheel.
