The invention provides a module bottom shell gluing structure, a preparation method, a battery cell mounting structure and a mounting method. The module bottom shell gluing structure comprises a bottom shell, and a first glue blocking strip, a second glue blocking strip, a third glue blocking strip, a fourth glue blocking strip and central glue which are arranged on the surface of one side, in contact with a to-be-mounted battery cell group, of the bottom shell; the first glue blocking strip and the second glue blocking strip are arranged on the two sides of the bottom shell respectively. Thecentral glue is arranged in the middle of the bottom shell; the third glue blocking strip is arranged between the central glue and the first glue blocking strip, and the fourth glue blocking strip isarranged between the central glue and the second glue blocking strip; and a plurality of channels (7) which can be used for communicating the area where the central glue is located with the area wherethe first glue blocking strip or the second glue blocking strip is located are formed in the third glue blocking strip and the fourth glue blocking strip. According to the module bottom shell gluingstructure, the glue blocking strip is arranged on the bottom shell, the glue overflowing phenomenon can be prevented, and meanwhile the thickness of glue can be effectively controlled.

    本发明创造提供了一种模组底壳涂胶结构、制备方法、电芯安装结构及安装方法,其中,模组底壳涂胶结构,包括底壳,以及设在底壳与待安装电芯组接触一侧表面上的第一阻胶条、第二阻胶条、第三阻胶条、第四阻胶条和中心胶体;所述第一阻胶条、第二阻胶条分别设在底壳的两侧;所述中心胶体设在底壳的中间位置;所述第三阻胶条设在中心胶体与第一阻胶条之间,第四阻胶条设在中心胶体与第二阻胶条之间;第三阻胶条和第四阻胶条上均开有若干可用于连通中心胶体所在区域与第一阻胶条或第二阻胶条所在区域的通道(7)。本发明创造所述的模组底壳涂胶结构,在底壳上设置阻胶条,可防止溢胶现象,同时可有效的控制胶体的厚度。
