To provide a mounting structure that has a high protection effect when a battery module is mounted on a vehicle and is effective in saving space.SOLUTION: A mounting structure of a battery module includes a pair of opposing side frames, a case body fastened between the pair of side frames, and a mounting member for mounting the battery module in the case body, and the case body has a floor portion, a side wall portion erected from a peripheral edge portion of the floor portion, and a fastening portion extending from the side wall portion, and the fastening portion of the case body is fastened so as to be sandwiched between a fixing portion provided on the mounting member and the side frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
