The invention discloses a hybrid-driven underwater glider with ring wings. The hybrid-driven underwater glider comprises a bow assembly, a midship assembly, a stern assembly and ring-shaped wing unitswhich are connected in sequence. The bow assembly comprises a sensor fixing connecting frame, an emergency load rejection module, a front end cover and a bow flow guide cover. The midship assembly comprises a first middle cabin pressure-resistant shell, a second middle cabin pressure-resistant shell, a pitching posture adjusting module, a middle cabin connecting rib ring and an airborne energy module. The stern assembly comprises a rear cabin pressure-resistant shell, a buoyancy adjusting system, a rear end cover, a propulsion motor module, a stern air guide sleeve, a stern rudder adjusting module, an integrated antenna and a propeller. The ring-shaped wing units are located on the outer side of the stern assembly and fixedly connected to the stern assembly. Each ring-shaped wing unit comprises the propeller and the ring wing.
