The invention discloses a deviation correction method applied to winding and unwinding of an aerostat winch cable. The deviation correction method comprises the following steps of: finishing hardwarearrangement of a cable winding and unwinding system; confirming that the corresponding wire connection is correct; initiating the system to ensure a normal self-detection state; making sure that eachmotor is in a shutdown state; determining the speed of a screw motor in a cable discharging mechanism according to the cable winding and unwinding state, the quantity of discharged cable layers, the ring number of the current layer, a left deviation switch and a right deviation switch in a cable discharging process, and accelerating the screw motor if the moving speed of a cable discharging guidewheel is lower than the rotating speed of a cable storage cylinder; and deaccelerating the screw motor if the moving speed of the cable discharging guide wheel is higher than the rotating speed of thecable storage cylinder. Compared with the situation that a traditional cable winding and unwinding system requires manual real-time monitoring and parking to realize manual deviation correction, thedeviation correction method disclosed by the invention can realize real-time monitoring on the deviation condition of the cable in the cable winding and unwinding process of the cable winding and unwinding system during running of the cable winding and unwinding system, and can realize automatic deviation correction by regulating the current moving speed of the cable discharging mechanism in a deviation case.

    本发明公开了一种用于浮空器绞车缆绳收放的纠偏方法包括缆绳收放系统的硬件布置完成,确定相应接线正确;初始化系统,保证自检状态正常;保证每一个电机处于松闸状态;根据排缆过程中所处收放缆状态、排缆层数、当层圈数、左偏开关及右偏开关决定排缆机构中丝杆电机的速度,当排缆导轮运动速度比储缆筒转动速度慢,丝杆电机加速;当排缆导轮运动速度比储缆筒转动速度快,丝杆电机减速;本发明相对于传统的缆绳收放系统需要人工实时监视、停车进行人工纠偏相比,可以在缆绳收放系统运行中实时监视缆绳收放系统缆绳收放过程中缆绳偏离情况,并且在偏离的情况下,通过调节排缆机构当前移速实现自动纠偏。
