The first-order telescopic connecting rod mechanismand the second-order telescopic connecting rod mechanism are driven by the telescopic adjusting power device, so that the walking state of the robot is changed from a crawler type to a roller supporting frame type, the robot adapts to various complex road conditions in the walking process, and the walking efficiency of the robot is improved.
本发明公开了一种履带式机器人履带与驱动轮配合结构装置,涉及机器人行走机构装置领域。本发明中:第一驱动轮机构和第二驱动轮机构的外层装设有外层履带机构;第一驱动轮机构固定装设有若干伸缩调节动力装置;伸缩调节动力装置的输出轴上连接有一阶伸缩连杆机构和二阶伸缩连杆机构;第一驱动轮机构上开设有若干与二阶伸缩连杆机构位置、结构尺寸相配合的连杆适配通槽孔;第二驱动轮机构的结构尺寸与第一驱动轮机构的结构尺寸相同。本发明通过伸缩调节动力装置驱动一阶伸缩连杆机构、二阶伸缩连杆机构,从而将机器人行走状态由履带式转变为滚轮支撑架式,从而使得机器人在行走过程中适应了各种复杂路况,提升了机器人行走效率。
