The loop comprises a main circuit breaker, a frequency converter, an operation contactor, an escalator traction machine, a control loop circuit breaker and a control transformer, and is characterized in that the loop also comprises a surge absorption plate, a leakage protector and a control power supply plate; the surge absorption plate is connected to the main power supply loop in parallel and is used for absorbing a preset interference peak current and a preset interference peak voltage in the main power supply loop; the leakage protector is serially connected to the main power supply loop and used for disconnecting the main power supply loop in case of electric leakage, overload or short circuit; the control power panel is connected to the main power supply loop in series and used for providing sine and cosine alternating currents of preset voltage. By the adoption of the main power supply loop, the damage of surge to the loop can be avoided, and it can be guaranteed that the escalator can still operate safely and reliably under the conditionthat the network voltage of an external power grid fluctuates; and the safety of elevator taking is guaranteed.
