The invention discloses a rail transit train safe starting control system and method. The method comprises the steps: receiving a current line position, a gradient and operation direction informationof a train in real time, and judging whether the train is started uphill or not; if the train is started uphill, calculating an optimal starting traction force according to the current line gradient,a train load and a preset starting acceleration, and calculating the lowest limiting traction force in combination with the lowest limiting starting acceleration; if the train is not started uphill, starting according to an instruction given by a vehicle-mounted signal system or a manual control handle; judging whether the traction capacity is met or not according to the traction force which can be provided; if so, carrying out ramp starting according to the optimal starting traction force obtained through calculation or the instruction given by the vehicle-mounted signal system or the manualcontrol handle; and if not, reporting a fault that a starting capability is insufficient. Technical problems that a train starting process is unstable and even train backward sliding is caused due toa fact that a train deceleration or acceleration is too large in ramp running in an existing mode can be solved.

    本发明公开了一种轨道交通列车安全起动控制系统及方法,实时接收列车当前线路位置、坡度及运行方向信息,判断列车是否为上坡起动;若为上坡起动,则根据当前线路坡度、列车载荷以及预设的起动加速度计算最佳起动牵引力,并结合最低限制起动加速度计算最低限制牵引力;若不为上坡起动,则根据车载信号系统或人工控制手柄给出的指令进行起动;根据所能提供的牵引力判断牵引能力是否满足;若满足,则根据计算得到的最佳起动牵引力,或由车载信号系统或人工控制手柄给出的指令进行坡道起动;若不能满足,则上报起动能力不足故障。本发明能够解决现有方式在坡道行驶中列车减速度或加速度过大带来列车起动过程不平稳,甚至引起列车后溜的技术问题。
