The invention relates to the technical field of ship drag reduction, in particular to a vortex control cavitation device for ship air layer drag reduction. The device comprises a cavitation body, a cavitation is formed in the lower end face of the cavitation body, an arc-shaped front stable vortex end face is arranged on the vertical inner wall of the front portion of the cavitation body, and a front edge concave cavity is formed between the front stable vortex end face and the inner wall face of the top of the cavitation body. A front flow guide end face is arranged on the front portion of the cavitation body, a plurality of large vortex crushers are fixedly arranged at the rear end of the front flow guide end face, and a part of plate bodies of the large vortex crushers are arranged at an opening of the cavitation body in a suspended mode. The large vortex crusher is arranged on the front flow guide end face in parallel, the large vortex crusher can weaken the interaction between a free shearing layer above an air hole opening and a vortex system in the air hole, and an air layer stably exists at the bottom of the air hole.

    本发明涉及船舶减阻技术领域,尤其是一种船舶气层减阻的涡控气穴装置。其包括气穴体,所述气穴体下端面设有气穴,所述气穴体前部竖直内壁上设有圆弧形的前稳涡端面,所述前稳涡端面和气穴体顶部内壁面之间形成前缘凹腔;所述气穴体前部设有前导流端面,所述前导流端面后端固设有多个大涡破碎器,多个大涡破碎器一部分板体悬空设置在气穴开口处。本发明在前导流端面上平行设置大涡破碎器,大涡破碎器能够削弱气穴开口上方自由剪切层与气穴内部涡系的相互作用,使气层稳定存在于气穴底部。
