The cavitation sealing device comprises a sleeve (101) which is arranged in an air injection hole (12) of the air layer resistance reduction system, one end of the sleeve (101) is closed, a plurality of holes are formed in the side wall of the sleeve (101), the other end of the sleeve (101) is connected with a spring connecting rod (103), and the other end of the spring connecting rod (103) is connected with a one-way air outlet valve (8). The cavitation sealing device downwards extends out of the ship body through atmospheric pressure to form an air layer, and the air lubrication effect is achieved; and the cavitation sealing device is sent back into the air injection hole by utilizing seawater pressure, so that seawater is prevented from carrying marine organisms to enter the air cavity, the seawater is prevented from corroding the air cavity and a bottom plate on the inner side of a ship body, the operation reliability of the air layer resistance reduction system is improved, the ship structure safety is improved, and the docking maintenance frequency is reduced.

    本发明提供一种用于船舶气层减阻系统的气穴密封装置,包括设置于气层减阻系统的喷气孔(12)内,一端封闭且侧壁上设有若干孔洞的套筒(101),所述套筒(101)另一端连接弹簧连杆(103),所述弹簧连杆(103)的另一端与单向出气阀门(8)连接。本发明利用大气压力将气穴密封装置向下探出船体形成气层起到气体润滑的作用;再利用海水压力将气穴密封装置送回喷气孔内,阻止海水携带海生物进入气腔内,避免海水腐蚀气腔和船体内侧底板,提高气层减阻系统运行可靠性,提高船舶结构安全性,降低进坞维修次数。
