Unauthorized personnel can be prevented from harming public safety by using the vehicle; and criminals can be prevented from threatening vehicle drivers to do behaviors harmful to public safety, the behaviors harmful to public safety can also be prevented from being implemented by the vehicle drivers due to self reasons such as society reporting, incomplete catharsis, toxic driving and drunk driving, or accidents caused by the fact that the drivers lose control over vehicles due to fatigue driving, sudden diseases and the like can be prevented.
