The invention discloses a designated driver management system based on a biological feature recognition technology, and the system is characterized in that a driver identity verification unit recognizes and reads a certificate held by a driver and collects the biological feature information of the driver; and performing on-site person-certificate consistency verification, comparing the verification result with the biological characteristic information corresponding to the identity information of the authorized driver to complete the identity verification of the specified driver, and linking an identity verification result with a vehicle control unit to determine whether the vehicle can be started or not. According to the system, the identity of the driver can be bound with the driving authority of the operating vehicle, the starting authority of the vehicle is controlled in a linkage mode according to the verification result of the identity of the designated driver, and/or a safety warning is formed for an illegal driver, so that the traffic safety of the operating vehicle such as two passengers, one danger, one cargo and one school is guaranteed from the perspective of the driver.

    本发明公开了一种基于生物特征识别技术的指定驾驶人管理系统,本系统由驾驶人身份核验单元识读驾驶人所持证件和采集驾驶人的生物特征信息,进行现场人证一致性核验并与授权驾驶人身份信息对应的生物特征信息进行比对完成指定驾驶人身份验证,身份验证结果联动车辆控制单元确定车辆是否可启动。本系统可将驾驶人身份与营运车辆的驾驶权限绑定,并根据指定驾驶人身份核验结果联动控制车辆的启动权限和/或对非法驾驶人形成安全警告,从而实现从驾驶人角度保障“两客一危一货一校”类营运车辆的交通安全。
