The invention discloses an urban vehicle commuting feature recognition method based on license plate recognition. The method comprises the steps of obtaining license plate recognition data containing time and space dimension information to generate a trip chain of each vehicle; respectively generating a trajectory similarity matrix and a detected time similarity matrix based on the trajectory sequence of the trip chain and the detected time sequence, and fusing to obtain a space-time similarity matrix; and performing density clustering on the data samples of the comprehensive measurement matrix to obtain a space-time similar vehicle cluster, and obtaining vehicle commuting features based on a clustering result. The invention also discloses an urban vehicle commuting feature recognition system based on license plate recognition. According to the invention, the intersection electronic police device obtains the license plate recognition data to form the travel chain of the vehicles, and considers the similarity between the travel chains of different vehicles in space trajectory and time, and recognizes the aggregation condition of the travel trajectory of the vehicles in the space-time range. Therefore, theoretical and reference bases are provided for urban traffic management according to the commuting frequent paths and the vehicle commuting characteristics.

    本发明公开了一种基于车牌识别的城市车辆通勤特征识别方法,包括:获取包含时间和空间维度信息的车牌识别数据生成各个车辆的出行链;基于出行链的轨迹序列和被检测时间序列分别生成轨迹相似度矩阵和被检测时间相似度矩阵,并进行融合得到时空相似性矩阵;对综合度量矩阵的数据样本进行密度聚类得到时空相似车辆聚类簇,基于聚类结果得到车辆通勤特征,还公开了一种基于车牌识别的城市车辆通勤特征识别系统。本发明由路口电警设备获取车牌识别数据形成车辆的出行链,并考虑不同车辆的出行链之间在空间轨迹和时间上的相似性,识别出车辆出行轨迹在时空范围内的聚集情况,从而根据通勤频繁路径以及车辆通勤特征为城市交通管理提供理论和参考依据。
