The invention discloses an electric vehicle range extender based on FPGA control. The electric vehicle range extender comprises a machine base, an engine, a generator and a range extender controller.The generator generates electricity through power of the engine and charges a storage battery. The range extender controller is used for providing control for a motor and the generator and comprises amicroprocessor and an FPGA device which are connected with each other. The FPGA device is connected with a first power supply circuit, a first clock circuit and a first reset circuit. The microprocessor is connected with a second power supply circuit, a second clock circuit, a second reset circuit, a serial port circuit, a CAN communication circuit and a display screen. The engine, the generatorand the range extender controller are integrated in an internal space formed by the machine base. The range extender is high in integration level and small in occupied space; and a range extender control algorithm is realized by utilizing the high-speed processing capability of the FPGA, so that the communication with the outside is stable and reliable, and the portability of the system is high.
本发明公开一种基于FPGA控制的电动汽车增程器,包括:机座、发动机、发电机和增程器控制器;发电机通过发动机的动力进行发电,给蓄电池进行充电;增程器控制器用于为电动机和发电机提供控制,增程器控制器包括相互连接的微处理器和FPGA器件;FPGA器件分别与第一电源电路、第一时钟电路、第一复位电路连接;所述微处理器分别与第二电源电路、第二时钟电路、第二复位电路、串口电路、CAN通信电路及显示屏连接;发动机、发电机和增程器控制器集成在机座形成的内部空间内。该增程器集成度高、占用空间较小;并利用FPGA高速处理能力实现增程器控制算法,与外界通信稳定可靠,系统的可移植性强。
