The invention, which belongs to the field of underwater operation, particularly relates to a modular buoyancy adjusting device for deep sea. The device comprises a buoyancy cylinder, an oil filling valve box, a sea water pump, a sea water valve, a liquid level sensor and a control panel. The sea water valve and the control panel are respectively arranged in the oil filling valve box, and the oil filling valve box is filled with transformer oil used for being isolated from external sea water; the buoyancy cylinder is respectively connected with the sea water pump and one joint of the sea watervalve in the oil filling valve box through pipelines, and the other joint of the sea water valve is a water inlet; the liquid level sensor is installed in the buoyancy cylinder and connected with thecontrol panel in the oil filling valve box. The modular design is adopted, signals of a hydraulic sensor in the buoyancy cylinder pass through the oil filling valve box and then are connected with anunderwater operation platform, the sea water pump and the oil filling valve box are structurally designed into a whole, modularization is formed, and pipeline connection is simplified; only one hydraulic joint and one control joint are needed between the adjusting device and the underwater operation platform.

    本发明属于水下作业领域,具体地说是一种用于深海的模块化浮力调节装置,包括浮力筒、充油阀箱、海水泵、海水阀、液位传感器及控制板,其中海水阀及控制板分别安装在充油阀箱内,该充油阀箱内填充有用于与外界海水隔离的变压器油;所述浮力筒通过管路分别与海水泵及充油阀箱中海水阀的一个接口相连,该海水阀的另一个接口为进水口;所述浮力筒内安装有液位传感器,该液位传感器与所述充油阀箱内的控制板相连。本发明采用模块化设计,浮力筒内部液压传感器信号经充油阀箱后再与水下作业平台连接,海水泵和充油阀箱在结构上设计为整体,形成模块化,简化管路连接;调节装置与水下操作平台之间只需一路液压接口和一路控制接口即可。
