The invention discloses a buoyancy adjusting device. The device comprises a sealing tank, an inner oil bag, a first-stage gear pump, a second-stage plunger pump, a filter, a one-way valve, an electromagnetic valve, an overflow valve, a backflow gear pump, a pressure sensor, a temperature sensor and an outer oil bag, wherein the sealing tank, the inner oil bag, the first-stage gear pump, the second-stage plunger pump, the filter, the one-way valve are installed in a watertight compartment; the inner oil bag is installed in the sealed tank, and the pressure sensor and the temperature sensor canmeasure the pressure and the temperature of the sealed tank at the same time; an input end of the first-stage gear pump is connected with the inner oil bag, and an output end of the first-stage gear pump is connected with the outer oil bag through a filter and a one-way valve; one end of the overflow valve is connected between the primary gear pump and the secondary plunger pump, and the other endis connected to the inner oil bag; and an output end of the reflux pump is connected with the inner oil bag. The volume change amount of the inner oil bag is obtained by measuring the change of the pressure and the temperature in the sealing tank, and therefore accurate adjustment of buoyancy is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种浮力调节装置,包括安装于水密舱内的密封罐、内油囊、一级齿轮泵、二级柱塞泵、过滤器、单向阀、电磁阀、溢流阀、回流齿轮泵、压力传感器、温度传感器和安装在水密舱外直接和海水接触的外油囊。其中,内油囊安装于密封罐内,压力传感器和温度传感器可以同时测量密封罐的压力和温度;一级齿轮泵和二级柱塞泵串联,输入端接内油囊,输出端通过过滤器和单向阀接外油囊;溢流阀一端接入一级齿轮泵和二级柱塞泵之间,另一端接入内油囊;回流泵输入端通过电磁阀接入外油囊,输出端接内油囊。本发明通过测量密封罐内压力和温度的变化得到内油囊的体积变化量,从而实现了对浮力的精确调节。
