The invention relates to a driver state-based vehicle control method, a device and a vehicle and belongs to the technical field of vehicle control. The method comprises the steps that: the sign stateinformation of a driver is obtained through a sensing device; when it is determined that the driver is abnormal according to the sign state information, a current vehicle is controlled to decelerate to a designated speed; and when the driving speed of the current vehicle is reduced to the specified speed, the current vehicle is controlled to execute a side parking process according to a preset side parking strategy. Therefore, whether the driver is abnormal or not can be judged according to the physical sign state information, obtained by the sensing device, of the driver; the vehicle can be actively controlled to park beside when the driver is abnormal, so that the vehicle can be automatically controlled to park beside after a health problem event or an emergency occurs to the driver; andthe safety of the vehicle can be improved.

    本公开涉及一种基于驾驶员状态的车辆控制方法、装置和车辆,涉及车辆控制技术领域,该方法包括:通过感测装置获取驾驶员的体征状态信息;当根据体征状态信息确定驾驶员异常时,控制当前车辆减速至指定速度;当当前车辆的行驶速度降至指定速度时,控制当前车辆按照预设的靠边停车策略执行靠边停车流程。因此,能够根据感测装置获取的驾驶员的体征状态信息判断驾驶员是否异常,并在异常时能够主动控制车辆靠边停车,因此能够在驾驶员发生健康问题事件或者突发事件后,自动控制车辆靠边停车,从而能够提高车辆的安全性。
