The parking braking device comprises a connecting rope, a winding wheel and a driving device; the driving device comprises a power part, a driving part and a driven part, the driving part is connected to the power part and driven by the power part, and the driven part is connected to the winding wheel and driven by the driving part to rotate forwards and backwards; the winding wheel is connected to the driven part; one end of the connecting rope is connected to the winding wheel; and the power part is connected with a parking brake control module.
