The invention discloses a method for monitoring rail cracks online. The method comprises steps that whether a train is running is determined, if yes, a system is started, after acceleration signals collected by an acceleration sensor and acoustic emission signals collected by an acoustic emission sensor are filtered, characteristic values are extracted respectively, and the characteristic values comprise peak value and the main frequency information of the acceleration signals, and the event number, the ringing number, the event duration and acoustic emissivity of the acoustic emission signals; if the peak value, the main frequency information, the event number, the ringing number, the event duration and the acoustic emissivity meet preset conditions, that cracks are generated is determined, and the characteristic values are stored and sent. The method is advantaged in that two signals of the acceleration sensor and the acoustic emission sensor are adopted for contrastive analysis, vibration low-frequency signals for monitoring non-cracks are increased, a plurality of characteristic values are extracted, the influence generated by the non-cracks is eliminated, the interference is reduced, and signals of rail cracks are effectively discriminated through data acquisition, processing and analytical calculation.

    本发明公开了一种在线监测轨道裂纹的方法,包括:判断列车是否在行驶过程,如果是,系统启动,对加速度传感器采集的加速度信号以及声发射传感器采集的声发射信号进行滤波后,分别提取特征值,特征值包括加速度信号的峰值和主频信息以及声发射信号的事件数、振铃数、事件持续时间和声发射率;若所述峰值、主频信息、事件数、振铃数、事件持续时间和声发射率满足预设条件,则判定为裂纹产生,存储并发送特征值。本发明采用了加速度传感器和声发射传感器两种信号进行对比分析,增加了监控非裂纹的振动低频率信号,提取多个特征值,剔除了非裂纹产生的影响,降低干扰,再通过数据采集、处理和分析计算,有效甄别出轨道裂纹的信号。
