A laser is installed at the lower end of the first vertical plate, a camera matched with the laser is installed at the lower end of the second vertical plate, the top face of the rack can shield part of light rays of the laser, and the camera receives the light rays, not shielded by the rack, of the laser. The laser and the camera sequentially pass through all the top faces of the rack, the height of the top faces of the rack is monitored in real time, the position of an out-of-tolerance point is rapidly and accurately found out, omission is avoided, and subsequent constructors can conveniently, rapidly and accurately conduct fixed-point adjustment on the height of the top faces of the rack.
