    本发明公开了一种城轨列车钢轨形貌在线监测系统,该系统在列车的各个轮对轴箱上设置振动检测传感器,当轨道某处存在异常时,列车轮对会接收到异常振动信号,并将异常信号由轮对传递到轴箱的振动检测传感器上,这样根据第一个轮对和后面每个轮对的间距以及车辆的车速就可计算得出每个轮对经过轨道异常点的时间,通过相应时刻轮对轴箱的振动传感器采集到的振动信号和第一个轮对经过钢轨异常处时的振动信号进行比对,如若所有轮对经过此异常点都收到基本一致的振动信号,就可判断此处轨道异常。该系统能够实时对列车行驶的轨道进行实时监测,可及时反馈钢轨形貌,为列车安全运行提供有保障。
