The invention provides a lightweight spliced steel flat carriage wall plate structure. The lightweight spliced steel flat carriage wall plate structure comprises an upper connecting frame and a lowerconnecting frame. A plurality of ribbed unit plates are fixedly mounted between the upper connecting frame and the lower connecting frame through welding; and a plurality of unit plate inner ribs arefixedly arranged on the rear sides of the ribbed unit plates and are connected with the upper frame and the lower frame through welding. Each ribbed unit plate of the device is large in breadth; about50% of splicing positions can be reduced; reducing the operating time of splicing, the distance between the inner ribs of each unit plate is small. Therefore, the strength, the rigidity and the impact resistance of the wall plate are guaranteed. Meanwhile, goods loading and unloading are not affected, an interior trim plate can be omitted, the dead weight per square meter is about 13 kg and can be reduced by about 34% or above compared with a traditional structure, the dead weight of the wall plate of the carriage is greatly reduced, and the competitiveness of the steel flat carriage is effectively improved.

    本发明提供一种轻量化拼接式钢平板车厢壁板结构,包括连接上框和连接下框;所述连接上框和连接下框之间通过焊接固定安装有若干带筋单元板;所述带筋单元板的后侧固定设置有若干单元板内筋通过焊接与上框和下框连接。本装置的每件带筋单元板幅宽较大,可减少拼接处约50%,减少拼接的操作时间,且由于各单元板内筋的间距较小,因此壁板强度、刚度及耐冲击性均得以保证,同时又保证了货物装卸不受影响,如此可取消内部饰板,单平米自重约13kg左右,较传统结构可降低约34%以上,大幅降低车厢壁板自重,有效增加钢平板车厢竞争力。
