    本发明涉及一种车厢用钢板及其制备方法和车厢,属于车厢用钢板生产技术领域,所述车厢用钢板包括耐磨蚀钢层和高强碳钢层,所述车厢板由所述耐磨蚀钢层与所述高强碳钢层冶金复合而成。本发明提供的车厢用钢板,剪切强度为300‑321MPa,两层之间结合力强,抗拉强度为600‑875MPa,强度高,耐磨蚀层表面硬度为27‑38HRC,具有良好的耐磨性,耐磨蚀点蚀电位为0.10‑0.45V,具有良好的耐蚀性,综合性能好。将该车厢用钢板制成车厢后,耐磨蚀层与货物接触,可以承受货物的冲击和腐蚀工况,高强碳钢层远离货物,可以提供较高的强度支撑,还使车厢用钢板具有良好的焊接性能,满足轻量化与节能降耗的需求,并且延长了车厢的使用寿命。
