The invention belongs to the technical field of carriage plate preparation, and discloses a lightweight carriage plate and a preparation method thereof. The lightweight carriage plate comprises a first panel layer, a second panel layer, a sandwich layer and framework supporting layers. The sandwich layer is a foam layer or is formed by stacking two or more foam layers, and each foam layer is formed by splicing a plurality of foam blocks; the sandwich layer is arranged between the first panel layer and the second panel layer; the framework supporting layers are integrally formed and fill between the lower surface of the sandwich layer and the first panel layer, between the upper surface of the sandwich layer and the second panel layer, on the edges of the periphery of the sandwich layer andin the splicing seams of any two adjacent foam blocks in the sandwich layer, and the framework supporting layers, the first panel layer and the second panel layer are integrally formed. The preparation method comprises the following steps: laying, sealing, preparing a glue solution, injecting glue, curing and demolding to obtain the lightweight carriage plate. An integral curing molding method isadopted, the framework supporting layers are formed while the panel is obtained, and the prepared carriage plate is light in weight, capable of preserving heat and greatly improved in mechanical property.

    本发明属于车厢板的制备技术领域,公开一种轻量化车厢板及其制备方法。包括第一面板层、第二面板层、夹芯层、骨架支撑层,夹心层为一层泡沫层或由两层以上泡沫层叠加而成,每层泡沫层由若干个泡沫块相互拼接而成;夹芯层设置在第一与第二面板层之间,夹心层的下表面和第一面板层之间、夹心层的上表面和第二面板层之间、夹心层的四周边缘以及夹心层中任意两个相邻泡沫块的拼接缝中一体成型填充有骨架支撑层,骨架支撑层与第一面板层、第二面板层一体成型。制备步骤:铺层、密封、配制胶液、注胶、固化、脱模,即得轻量化车厢板。本发明采用一体固化成型的方法,得到面板的同时形成骨架支撑层,制备的车厢板,轻质保温,力学性能大大提高。
