The invention discloses an auxiliary climbing structure of an intelligent robot. The auxiliary climbing structure comprises a main climbing mechanism, an auxiliary wheel set and a power assisting mechanism, wherein the main climbing mechanism comprises a mounting frame, a moving mechanism and a brake mechanism. The invention provides an auxiliary climbing structure of an intelligent robot, which can be conveniently mounted on different robots and is used for assisting climbing. It is guaranteed that the robot can conduct moving operation on different slopes. The structure solves the problems that the existing climbing robot, whether it is a robot used in a laboratory or a robot used in industrial application, generally uses a crawler belt as a movement mechanism of the robot, the traditional crawler-type transmission mechanism is prone to toppling over on a continuous ramp or a steep slope in the using process, the traditional crawler-type structure is complex to assemble and disassemble, the overall structure is thick and heavy at the same time, and long-time continuous driving and using in a small space are not facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种智能机器人辅助爬坡结构,包括主爬坡机构、辅助轮组和助力机构,所述主爬坡机构包括安装架、移动机构和刹车机构,本发明提供一种智能机器人辅助爬坡结构,来方便在不同的机器人上安装并进行辅助爬坡使用,保证机器人可以在不同的坡度上进行移动作业,解决了现有的爬坡机器人,无论是实验室中使用的机器人还是工业应用中的机器人,一般都是采用履带式来作为机器人的运动机构,传统的履带式传动机构在使用的过程中如果连续坡道或者较为陡峭的坡度的时候很容易发生翻倒,并且传统的履带结构安装和拆卸较为复杂,同时整体结构较为厚重,不利于长时间连续行驶和在较小空间内使用的问题。
