The invention relates to a novel steel frame type rear auxiliary frame. The frame comprises a front cross beam, a rear cross beam, a left longitudinal beam and a right longitudinal beam, and the frontcross beam is formed by welding a front cross beam front plate and a front cross beam rear plate; the rear cross beam is formed by welding a rear cross beam rear plate and a rear cross beam front plate; the left longitudinal beam is formed by welding a left longitudinal beam upper plate and a left longitudinal beam lower plate; the right longitudinal beam is formed by welding a right longitudinalbeam upper plate and a right longitudinal beam lower plate; a left longitudinal beam lower connecting beam and a right longitudinal beam lower connecting beam are respectively arranged below the leftlongitudinal beam lower plate and the right longitudinal beam lower plate; the left longitudinal beam lower connecting beam is welded between the left longitudinal beam and the rear cross beam to form a frame structure, the right longitudinal beam lower connecting beam is welded between the right longitudinal beam and the rear cross beam to form a frame structure, a left front sleeve and a left rear sleeve are welded to the front end and the rear end of the left longitudinal beam respectively, and a right front sleeve and a right rear sleeve are welded to the front end and the rear end of theright longitudinal beam respectively. The manufacturing cost and the product weight can be reduced to the maximum extent, and meanwhile the overall rigidity and strength of the rear auxiliary frame are improved as much as possible.

    本发明涉及一种新型钢制框式后副车架,包括前横梁、后横梁、左纵梁、右纵梁,前横梁由前横梁前板、前横梁后板焊接而成,后横梁由后横梁后板、后横梁前板焊接而成,左纵梁由左纵梁上板、左纵梁下板焊接而成,右纵梁由右纵梁上板、右纵梁下板焊接而成,左纵梁下板、右纵梁下板的下方分别设有左纵梁下连接梁、右纵梁下连接梁,左纵梁下连接梁焊接在左纵梁与后横梁之间并构成框架结构,右纵梁下连接梁焊接在右纵梁与后横梁之间并构成框架结构,左纵梁的前后端分别焊接有左前套管、左后套管,右纵梁的前后端分别焊接有右前套管、右后套管;本发明同能够最大限度的减少制造成本和产品重量,同时尽可能的提高了后副车架的整体刚度和强度。
