First threaded holes are formed in the other ends of the second swing arms, reinforcing plates are also connected into the second swing arms, a third support is further fixed to the first cross beam, a second support is further fixedly connected to the longitudinal beam, a first support is fixed to the second cross beam, thefirst support is further fixedly connected with the longitudinal beams, and a flanging plate is further fixed between the second cross beam and the first support; and pits are formed in the connectingparts of the first support and the longitudinal beams. The rear auxiliary frame assembly has the beneficial effects that by additionally arranging the flanging plates and the pits, the stress concentration of a welding part is deflected and then reduced, and by additionally arranging the reinforcing plates in the swing arms, the stress deformation of the swing arms is reduced, and the pull-down rigidity of the swing arms is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种后副车架总成,包括第一横梁、第二横梁、两个纵梁以及若干支架,第一横梁与第二横梁通过纵梁连接,第一横梁两端连接有第一摆臂,第二横梁两端连接有第二摆臂,第一摆臂内连接有加强板,第二摆臂另一端上设有第一螺纹孔,第二摆臂内也连接有加强板,第一横梁上还固定有第三支架,纵梁上固定连接有第二支架,第二横梁上固定有第一支架,第一支架还与纵梁固定连接,第二横梁与第一支架间还固定有翻边板,第一支架与纵梁连接部位上设有凹坑。本发明的有益效果:通过增加翻边板和凹坑,将焊接部分的应力集中进行偏移的同时再进行降低,通过摆臂内增加加强板,降低了摆臂受力的变形量,大大提高了摆臂的下拉刚度。
