The invention discloses a novel steel insert aluminum casting rear auxiliary frame which comprises a rear auxiliary frame body, a steel stamping part and an eccentric gasket, the steel stamping part and the eccentric gasket are arranged on the front side of the rear auxiliary frame body, the eccentric gasket is arranged on the front side of the steel stamping part, and the outer side of the eccentric gasket is tangent to the side face of the steel stamping part. The steel stamping part is arranged on the rear auxiliary frame body and is in clearance fit with the rear auxiliary frame body, and the first transverse reinforcing rib is arranged on the outer side of the rear point of the upper fork arm. According to the novel steel insert cast aluminum rear auxiliary frame, a steel insert structure is adopted, the problem that the limiting face of an aluminum rear auxiliary frame is crushed in the four-wheel adjusting process is solved, meanwhile, steel has the yield strength which is incomparable with cast aluminum alloy, the limiting face of the eccentric bolt is made of steel, the yield strength is high, crushing failure is avoided, and after a steel stamping part is embedded, the limiting face of the eccentric bolt is not prone to deformation.     本发明公开了一种新型钢嵌件铸铝后副车架,包括后副车架本体和设置在后副车架本体前侧的钢制冲压件,偏心垫片,所述偏心垫片设置在钢制冲压件的前侧,且偏心垫片的外侧与钢制冲压件的侧面呈相切状态,并且钢制冲压件与后副车架本体之间采用间隙配合,第一横向加强筋,所述第一横向加强筋布设在上叉臂后点的外侧。该新型钢嵌件铸铝后副车架,采用钢嵌件结构,解决铝后副车架在四轮调节过程中限位面压溃的问题,同时钢材具有铸铝合金无法比拟的屈服强度,并且偏心螺栓限位面为钢材料,屈服强度高,避免被压溃失效,而且嵌入钢制冲压件后,可减少铝副车架限位面的高度与厚度,减轻重量。
