The invention relates to a wall-climbing robot. The wall-climbing robot comprises a rack, a crank sliding block walking mechanism, an auxiliary steering mechanism and a vacuum generation mechanism, wherein the crank sliding block walking mechanism, the auxiliary steering mechanism and the vacuum generation mechanism are arranged on the rack. The linear movement function of the robot is achieved through the crank sliding block walking mechanism and the two sets of suction cup units, the free steering function of the robot can also be achieved, and compared with the prior art, the motion stability is improved while fusion of linear motion and steering motion is achieved.
