The invention discloses a battery locking box of a new energy automobile and anew energy automobile. The battery locking box comprises a rotating shaft, a transmission shaft, a lifting mechanism and alocking mechanism; the rotating shaft is fixed below the rear portion of a box cover and hinged to the upper portion of the rear portion of a box body; the transmission shaft is rotatably arranged below the rear part of the box body; a transmission wheel is fixedly mounted on the transmission shaft; the transmission wheel is in rolling connection with the rotating shaft through a first transmission belt; the lifting mechanism is mounted at the front part of the box body; the locking mechanism is connected with the lifting mechanism. According to the battery locking box, the rotating shaft isdriven to rotate through an elastically arranged locking rod, and the locking rod can be pressed, so that the locking rod can be separated from a lock hone in the box cover, so that the box cover canbe aquatically ejected out; when the box cover is closed, the rotating shaft drives the locking rod to extrude a pressure spring until the lock hole in the box cover is aligned with the locking rod, and then the locking rod is inserted into the lock hole in the box cover by means of the springback of the pressure spring; and the locking rod is coaxial with the lock hole in the box cover and a lockhole in the box body.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车的电池锁紧箱及新能源汽车,包括转轴,所述转轴固定在箱盖的后部下方并与所述箱体后部上方铰接;以及传动轴,所述转动轴转动设置在所述箱体后部下方,所述传动轴上固定安装有传动轮,所述传动轮与所述转轴之间通过一号传动带滚动连接;升降机构,所述升降机构安装在所述箱体的前部;锁紧机构,所述锁紧机构连接所述升降机构。通过弹性设置的锁紧杆带动转轴旋转,从而实现按压锁紧杆使锁紧杆与箱盖上的锁孔分离后自动将箱盖弹开,在关闭箱盖时由转轴带动锁紧杆挤压压簧,直至箱盖上的锁孔对准锁紧杆后借助压簧回弹将锁紧杆插入箱盖上的锁孔,由于锁紧杆与箱盖和箱体上的锁孔同轴设置。
