The invention discloses a locking mechanism, a new energy automobile and a battery replacing system. The locking mechanism comprises a clamping jaw assembly and a locking pin. The clamping jaw assembly comprises a plurality of clamping parts and a screw rod, and the multiple clamping parts are arranged in a surrounding mode. The screw rod can drive the multiple clamping parts to move in the first direction through forward rotation, the multiple clamping parts are made to get close to each other to be connected with the locking pin, and the locking mechanism is in the locking state. The screw rod can drive the multiple clamping parts to move in the second direction through reverse rotation, the multiple clamping parts are made to be far away from one another so as to be separated from the locking pin, the unlocking state of the locking mechanism is achieved, and the second direction is opposite to the first direction. The first through hole is used for allowing the rotating piece to extend into, so that the rotating piece is connected with the screw and can drive the screw to rotate. When the locking mechanism is applied to battery replacement of the new energy automobile, the battery replacement efficiency of the new energy automobile is improved, abrasion of the locking mechanism is reduced, and the service life of the locking mechanism is prolonged.
