The invention relates to a locking mechanism of an automobile battery. A plurality of bolt locking units for locking a battery shaft on a battery outer frame are arranged on the battery outer frame; and the bolt locking units are distributed on two opposite sides of the battery outer frame, the bolt locking units are mounted on the battery outer frame through locking blocks, an open clamping groove is formed in each locking block, the bottom open ends of the open clamping grooves are located at the bottoms of the locking blocks, a plug pin shaft is installed in each locking block in a transversely-moving mode, a bolt shaft seals the bottom open end of each open clamping groove in a manner of being inserted into the open clamping groove, and is used for locking a battery shaft in the open clamping groove, the bolt locking units are linked through a linkage device, and the linkage device drives the plug pin shafts to transversely move and unlock or lock the bolt locking units in a linkage mode, so the new energy automobile battery is automatically positioned and automatically locked to prevent the battery from loosening, thereby the locking problem in the new energy battery replacingprocess is solved, and the rapid battery replacing process of a new energy automobile is met.

    本发明涉及一种汽车电池的锁止机构,电池外框架上设有若干将电池轴锁止在电池外框架上的插销锁止单元;插销锁止单元分布在电池外框架的相对的两侧,插销锁止单元通过锁止锁块安装在电池外框架上,在锁止锁块上具有开口卡槽,开口卡槽的底部开口端位于锁止锁块的底部,插销轴可横移地安装在锁止锁块内,插销轴通过插入开口卡槽的方式封闭开口卡槽的底部开口端,用于将电池轴锁止在开口卡槽内,插销锁止单元之间通过联动装置进行联动,联动装置通过驱动插销轴进行横移,联动地解锁或锁止插销锁止单元,对新能源汽车电池进行自动定位、自动锁紧防止电池松动,从而解决新能源电池换电过程中的锁紧问题,满足新能源汽车快速换电过程。
