The invention discloses a control method for a thermal management system of a fuel cell vehicle, and belongs to the field of fuel cell vehicles. The control method comprises the following steps that the temperature Ttank of cooling liquid in a preheating water tank is compared with a quick start temperature threshold T1 set in a FCCU; if the temperature Ttank of the cooling liquid in the preheating water tank is not smaller than the quick start temperature threshold T1, the preheating water tank is communicated with a cooling loop of a voltaic pile, and the preheating water tank does not perform supplementary heating; and if the temperature Ttank of the cooling liquid in the preheating water tank is smaller than the quick start temperature threshold T1, a HCU checks the SOC state of a power battery. According to the control method provided by the invention, the temperature of the cooling liquid in the preheating water tank is compared with the quick start temperature threshold; whethersupplementary heating of the preheating water tank needs to be conducted or not is judged first, if yes, supplementary heating is further conducted according to the SOC state, then use of the preheating water tank in the thermal management system is reasonably arranged, therefore the starting procedure is simplified, and the starting speed of the fuel cell is increased.

    本发明公开了一种用于燃料电池汽车热管理系统的控制方法,属于燃料电池汽车领域。所述控制方法包括如下步骤:比较预热水箱内冷却液温度T和FCCU中设置的快速启动温度阈值T;若预热水箱内冷却液温度T不小于快速启动温度阈值T1,则预热水箱与电池堆的冷却回路相连通,预热水箱不进行补充加热;若预热水箱内冷却液温度T小于快速启动温度阈值T,则HCU进行动力电池SOC状态的检查。本发明所提供的控制方法通过比较预热水箱内冷却液温度与快速启动温度阈值,先行判断是否需要进行预热水箱的补充加热,若需要,则进一步根据SOC状态进行补充加热,进而合理安排热管理系统中预热水箱的使用,简化了启动工序、加快了燃料电池的启动速度。
