The invention relates to the field of fuel cell vehicles, and in particular relates to a thermal management system of a fuel cell vehicle, a heating method of the thermal management system and the fuel cell vehicle. The thermal management system comprises a cooling water channel and a heating water channel, and the cooling water channel and the heating water channel exchange heat through a heat exchanger; the cooling water channel is communicated with a fuel cell stack, a radiator connected with the heat exchanger in parallel is arranged in the heating water channel, and the radiator is connected with the heat exchanger in parallel. Heat dissipated during working of the fuel cell is transferred to the heat exchanger of the heating system, so that heating of air in a cabin, defrosting and the like are conducted, the heat management system configuration of the fuel cell vehicle is optimized, the heat management level of the fuel cell vehicle is improved, and hydrogen consumption is reduced; moreover, the radiator in the cooling system is arranged in the heating water channel, and the factors such as electrical insulation, corrosion resistance and ion precipitation do not need to be considered in a heating pipeline, so that the model selection standard of parts such as the radiator is reduced, and the manufacturing and maintenance cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及燃料电池车辆领域,具体涉及一种燃料电池车辆的热管理系统及其供暖方法、燃料电池车辆,所述热管理系统包括冷却水路及采暖水路,所述冷却水路与所述采暖水路通过换热器交换热量;所述冷却水路与燃料电池电堆相连通,所述采暖水路内设置有与所述换热器并联的散热器,所述散热器与热交换器并联。利用燃料电池工作时散发的热量传递至采暖系统的热交换器,实现对车舱内空气的加热和除霜等,优化了燃料电池车辆的热管理系统构型,提高燃料电池车辆的热管理水平,降低氢耗;而且,将冷却系统中的散热器设置在采暖水路,由于采暖管路无需考虑电绝缘、耐腐蚀和离子析出等因素,故降低了散热器等零部件的选型标准,降低了制造和保养成本。
