The invention provides a thermal management system of a fuel cell vehicle and a control method, and relates to the field of fuel cells. The thermal management system of the fuel cell vehicle comprisesa cell stack, a water-liquid pipeline, a heating structure and a controller. The water-liquid pipeline communicates with the cell stack and comprises a main pipeline, a first branch and a second branch, the main pipeline and the first branch sequentially communicate to form a closed loop, and the second branch is connected with the first branch in parallel. A temperature measuring element is arranged at a water outlet, close to the cell stack, of the water-liquid pipeline, and the heating structure is further arranged on the main pipeline. The first branch is connected with the heating structure, valves are further arranged on the water-liquid pipeline, and the controller is electrically connected with the temperature measuring element, the heating structure and the valves separately. Thecontroller controls cooling liquid to circulate in the specific loop according to a received outlet water temperature signal sent by the temperature measuring element and the on-off state of a warm air switch in a cab. By directly using heat of the heated cooling liquid for heating in the vehicle, the energy utilization rate is high, and it is guaranteed that the vehicle has more sufficient power.

    本发明提供了一种燃料电池车辆的热管理系统及控制方法,涉及燃料电池领域。燃料电池车辆的热管理系统包括电池堆、水液管路、取暖结构和控制器,水液管路与所述电池堆连通,水液管路包括依次连通形成闭合回路的主管路和第一支路,以及与第一支路并联的第二支路;水液管路靠近所述电池堆的出水口处设有测温元件,主管路上还设有加热结构;第一支路与取暖结构相连,水液管路上还设有阀门,控制器分别与测温元件、加热结构和阀门电连接;控制器根据接收到的测温元件发出的出水温度信号以及驾驶室内暖风开关的开闭状态,控制冷却液在特定的回路中流通。通过将升温后的冷却液的热量直接用于车内取暖,能量利用率高且保证了车辆具有更加充足的动力。
