The invention relates to the technical field of high-altitude flight systems, and discloses a hybrid lift high-altitude mooring system which comprises an aerostat, lift wings, a mooring rope and a mooring rope take-up and pay-off device fixed to the ground, wherein the aerostat is connected to the mooring rope take-up and pay-off device through the mooring rope, the lifting wings are rotatably connected to the mooring rope, and rotating axes of the lifting wings are perpendicular to wing chords of the lifting wings and the axis of the mooring rope at the same time. According to the hybrid lifthigh-altitude mooring system, the buoyancy of the aerostat and the lift of the lift wings are comprehensively utilized, the lift is adjusted by adjusting the attack angles of the lift wings, the maximum tension of the mooring rope is reduced, the system can flexibly adapt to different wind fields, the reliability of the system is improved, and the service life of the system is prolonged.
