The invention provides a low-altitude manned mooring ball, which belongs to the technical field of sightseeing facility design, and comprises a lift balloon, a hanging basket and a traction connecting part, the upper space of the lift balloon is used for accommodating lift gas, and the lower space of the lift balloon is a reserved space for adjusting the pressure in the lift balloon; the pressure difference inside and outside the lift balloon is within a preset range; the upper end of the traction connecting part surrounds the outside of the lift balloon and is circumferentially connected with the lift balloon, and the lower end is connected with the hanging basket. The weight of the lift balloon in the low-altitude manned mooring ball can be reduced.
