The invention relates to an ultra-large type crane assembly process. An ultra-large type crane comprises a cylinder, a propeller strut and a cantilever crane. The ultra-large type crane assembly process comprises the steps of pre-tightening a crane steel wire rope, and adopting a 500t portal crane single hook to hoist an assembly of the cylinder, the propeller strut and the cantilever crane, wherein the step of pre-tightening the crane steel wire rope is characterized by adopting a pre-tightening device to directly redirect steel wire ropes from the head part of the propeller strut to a pulleyso as to be tensioned and wind coiling blocks; and after the all steel wire ropes wind on the coiling blocks and are fixed in place, and the crane assembly is in place in the later period, hauling ropes are directly adopted to haul the winding installation steel wire ropes to be in place. The ultra-large type crane assembly process provided by the invention has the advantages that a way of hoisting the propeller strut and the cantilever crane by two hooks is changed into a way of hoisting by the single hook, so that the high assignment cost and the use cost of a 1600t floating crane and the time cost on occupying the floating crane for a long time are saved even if the difficulty in hoisting the propeller strut and the cantilever crane by the single hook is increased and a certain difficulty in installing a cantilever crane hinged shaft is increased, and meanwhile, the safety risk of the assembly operation is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种超大型克令吊总装工艺,所述超大型克令吊包括圆筒体、人字架和臂架,包括克令吊钢丝绳预紧和采用500t门机单钩进行圆筒体、人字架和臂架的总装吊装,其中,克令吊钢丝绳预紧采用预紧装置将钢丝绳直接从人字架头部改向滑轮张紧上各缠绕卷筒,并将钢丝绳全部缠绕上卷筒固定到位,后期克令吊总装到位后,直接采用引绳牵出按各缠绕安装钢丝绳到位即可。本发明的优点在于:将双钩吊装人字架和臂架改为单钩吊装,本方法虽增加了单钩吊装人字架和臂架的难度,且增加了安装臂架铰轴的一定难度,但节省了1600t浮吊的高额调遣费、使用费和长期占用浮吊的时间成本,同时降低了总装操作的安全风险。
