The invention belongs to the technical field of cranes, and relates to an ultra-large containerized combined type circular rail crane. The combined type circular rail crane is divided into nine parts,namely a main arm system, an auxiliary arm system, a superlift system, a lifting luffing mechanism, a power system, a rotary table system, a rotary operation driving system, a rail system and a containerized counterweight system. A lifting hook system adopts a modular combination manner, a 1000t load is realized by a single-module lifting hook, and reasonable combination is carried out accordingto the lifting requirements of a series of circular rail cranes. According to the ultra-large containerized combined type circular rail crane, components are designed and interchanged, and three typesof circular rail cranes are formed by changing the combination of the main components such as an arm support; a partial universal manner is adopted between tracks, track parameters of different models are adjusted, and parts are utilized to the maximum extent; and due to the design of containerized disassembling components, globalized equipment transportation can be achieved.

    本发明属于起重机技术领域,涉及一种超大型集装箱化的组合式环轨起重机。该组合式环轨起重机,分为主臂系统、副臂系统、超起系统、起升变幅机构、动力系统、转台系统、回转运行驱动系统、轨道系统、集装箱化的配重系统九大部分。吊钩系统采用模块化的组合方式,单模块吊钩实现1000t的载荷,根据系列环轨起重机的吊装需求,进行合理的组合。本发明部件设计与互换,通过改变臂架等主要部件的组合,形成三个型号的环轨起重机;轨道之间采用部分通用的方式,调整不同型号的轨道参数,最大程度的进行部件的利用;集装箱化的拆解部件设计,能够实现全球化的设备运输。
