The invention relates to the technical field of flapping-wing aircrafts, and provides a beetle-imitating folding wing structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The beetle-imitating folding wing structure comprises a wing surface main body with creases, wherein the creases comprise valley crease sets with the tendency to be turned over towards the front face of the wing surface main body and mountain crease sets with the tendency to be turned over towards the back face of the wing surface main body; the valley crease group comprises a first valley crease, a second valley crease, a third valley crease, a fourth valley crease, a fifth valley crease and a sixth valley crease; the mountain crease set comprises a first mountain crease, a second mountain crease and a third mountain crease. The manufacturing method of the structure comprises the steps: conducting geometric modeling on the beetle-imitating folding wing structure; casting a mold matched with the beetle-imitating folding wingstructure based on geometric modeling; injecting a molding material into the mold, and carrying out thermosetting molding; and demolding and taking out the formed beetle-imitating folding wing structure. According to the folding wing structure, the valley crease sets and the mountain crease sets which are arranged on the wing surface main body are matched with each other, so that the geometric dimension of the folding wing structure is thinned while the folding wing structure has a relatively high folding rate, and the aerodynamic performance is improved.
本发明涉及扑翼式飞行器技术领域,提出了一种仿甲虫折叠翼结构及其制作方法,其中,仿甲虫折叠翼结构包括具有折痕的翼面主体,折痕包括具有向翼面主体的正面翻折趋势的谷折痕组,以及具有向翼面主体的背面翻折趋势的山折痕组;谷折痕组包括第一、第二、第三、第四、第五及第六谷折痕;山折痕组包括第一、第二及第三山折痕。该结构的制作方法包括步骤:对仿甲虫折叠翼结构进行几何建模;基于几何建模铸造适配仿甲虫折叠翼结构的模具;向模具中注入成型材料,热固成型;脱模取出成型的仿甲虫折叠翼结构。通过设置在翼面主体上的谷折痕组和山折痕组的配合,使得该折叠翼结构在具有较高折叠率的同时,还实现了几何尺寸的轻薄化,从而提升了气动性能。
